Rooms feel quite cramped, especially room 35, which lacked sufficient natural light and ventilation. The only window opened to the hallway. Expect limited amenities-no iron, kettle, or fridge. The mattress had a protective plastic layer, made for an uncomfortable sleep. Some cleanliness issues, like stained walls and overlooked trash, detracted from the otherwise quaint ambiance, suggesting the management could improve attention to detail.

Stunning location right by the SoHO Playhouse as well as many nice cafes, restaurants, shops, and subway stations all reachable within minutes of walking and helpful staff. Great service and a nice size and well-appointed rooms except in the bedroom.

Accommodating personnel, compact rooms with window to interior patio, a wonderful breakfast, great shower.
